Aegean Airlines reports Mar-08 Financial/Traffic
Aegean Airlines reports (19-May-08) the following financial/traffic highlights for the three months ended 31-Mar-08:

 


• Revenue: EUR98.8 million, +23.0% year-on-year;
• EBITDAR: EUR4.2 million, -27.0%;
• EBIT (loss): (6.0 million), compared to an EBIT loss of 2.6 million in the previous corresponding period;
• Net profit (loss): (EUR4.4 million), compared to a net loss of EUR2.6 million in the previous corresponding period;
• Passenger numbers: 1.1 million, +10.0%;
    o Domestic: 705,000, +1.0%;
    o International: 357,000, +35%.

 

Aegean Airlines: “Our company remains committed to implementing its communicated strategy and in the first quarter of 2008, we took delivery of four new A320s, while three Boeing 737 were in redelivery.
