British Airways confirmed (20-May-08) that it is considering another regulatory application for anti-trust immunity with American Airlines. The carriers have had two previous attempts at securing anti-trust immunity turned down, but believe that the first phase of the new EU-US open skies agreement has resolved several issues, including greater access to London Heathrow Airport by US carriers.
