(XFN-Asia) easyJet Plc. said Standard Life Investments Ltd. has lifted its stake in the company to about 38.12 million shares or 9.05 percent.
The company said it is seeking a judicial review of the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) setting the price cap for charges at London Gatwick from 2008 to 2013, allowing what it calls "an obscene increase in passenger fees".
