(Thomson Financial) - Chinese airline China Southern and French peer Air France-KLM said they signed a frame agreement on 2 June to set up a joint venture in cargo.
In a statement, the two groups said the deal should be completed by year-end following required approvals and consultations.
The two companies said in April they were working on the project.
