Tags :Loyalty & Other, Lufthansa Lufthansa and United Airlines announced they have combined their individual corporate incentive programmes to create a single joint programme under United’s PerksPlus brand. Lufthansa’s previous “Corporate Mileage Plan” members and United’s PerksPlus participants will now have access to more benefits across a wider, global network. The enhanced PerksPlus programme, which will be administered by United Airlines, rewards small and medium sized companies in the United States that spend a minimum of USD20,000 during a 12 month period on Lufthansa, United, and United Express combined. Point accruals are based on dollars spent within fare classes.
Under the combined PerksPlus programme, US members can now earn and redeem points both on Lufthansa-operated and on United-operated flights across both airlines’ global networks. All US members are eligible to receive joint Lufthansa/United Airlines award travel and upgrades, United Red Carpet Club memberships and One-Time Passes, as well as United Premier Executive, Premier and Premier Associate memberships. |
