(XFN Asia) Ryanair Holdings Plc announced it will launch nine new routes from Birmingham, to Alicante, Derry, Fuerteventura, Katowice, Kaunas, Krakow, Palma, Malaga and Murcia, in October 2008. By 2012, Ryanair stated it will have aircraft based in Birmingham, which will deliver five million passengers p/a and support 5,000 jobs.
