(XFN-ASIA) Russian airline Aeroflot, once considered a likely contender for an Austrian government stake in Austrian Airlines, will not place a bid, the Russian carrier's spokeswoman said on Wednesday.
Aeroflot spokeswoman Irina Dannenberg said by telephone said, "The risks outweigh the reward."
