Ryanair continues to cancel bookings made via third party websites

Ryanair confirmed it intends to continue to cancel bookings made via third party websites, and has cancelled an average of 450 per day since 05-Aug-08.

 

The European Commission is investigating whether Ryanair is violating an EU rule by refusing to honour tickets bought via third party websites. Ryanair reports it handled more than 40,000 passengers on routes to/from Malta in Jul-08, an increase of 116% year-on-year.
