SkyEurope secures EUR 10 million loan from York Global Finance

The loan facility, which is on market terms, will help support ongoing working capital and cash flow requirements for the winter flying season. The loan demonstrates York's continued confidence in SkyEurope's long term prospects as the leading low cost airline in Central & Eastern Europe, with strong, growing and strategic positions in Bratislava, Vienna and Prague.

In addition, SkyEurope has appointed the international investment bank Rothschild to explore strategic and financing alternatives, in order to secure the long term future and success of the airline.
