Travelport GDS has announced a new, full content agreement with bmi providing all Galileo and Worldspan-connected travel agents worldwide with access to all of the airline’s fares and inventory, including its lowest web only fares.
bmi operates routes across the UK and Europe and globally to the Middle East, Africa, the USA and Caribbean. The new, multi-year agreement takes immediate effect.
Matthew Hall, Vice President, Airline Services for Travelport GDS in Europe, Middle East and Africa said, “We are delighted to have signed this full content agreement and be able to give our agency customers access to bmi’s full inventory, including their lowest fares which were previously only distributed on their website. By working closely with leading carriers such as bmi to secure their full content, we are ensuring that our agency customers remain competitive and continue to have access to the best possible airline content.”
Peter Spencer, managing director, bmi said: “The extensive worldwide network of Galileo and Worldspan will deliver exceptional reach to agents and is an important part of our distribution mix.
