flybe to launch New Jersey-Humberside services

This announcement brings the number of new routes introduced by flybe for Summer 2009 to four in total.

All four routes to Jersey - from Dundee, Inverness, Humberside and Manston in Kent - have been launched in partnership with Jersey-based C. I. Travel Group who had previously operated the routes as exclusive charter flights. All routes will operate once a week, on Saturdays.
 
Mike Rutter, Flybe’s Chief Commercial Officer, comments: “Our summer schedule to the Channel Islands shows us continuing to strengthen our operations with several new routes from UK regional airports. This year, our partnership with C. I. Travel Group will enable us to provide increased capacity to Jersey, offering even more affordable travel choices for those wishing to holiday closer to home.”
