Turkish Airlines to launch new international services

Turkish Airlines will launch flights to Nairobi (Kenya), Sao Paulo (Brazil), Dakar (Senegal) and Lviv (Ukraine) from Istanbul. Having flights to Beirut already five times a week, Turkish Airlines will increase flight frequency to seven days a week to capital of Lebanon.

 

The number of flights to Ashgabat will also be increased to 10 times a week. As a part of an expansion program Turkish Airlines will launch four new international flights from Istanbul.

Turkish Airline, said its flights from Istanbul to Nairobi (Kenya) will begin on 23-Feb-09; to Sao Paulo (Brazil) with transferal in Dakar (Senegal) will commence on 22-Mar-09; and to Lviv (Ukraine) will be initiated on 20-Apr-09.

Starting on 23-Feb-09 flights from Istanbul Ataturk Airport to Nairobi will run on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 18:45. Return flights from Nairobi will be on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 02:30.

Turkish Airlines will fly from Istanbul to Sao Paulo via Dakar (Senegal) twice a week. Beginning on 22-Mar-09 Turkish Airlines will fly to Sao Paulo on Wednesdays and Sundays at 09:35. Return flights from Sao Paulo to Istanbul via Dakar will run on Mondays and Thursdays. The passengers will have a one hour and a half transfer period at Dakar Airport both ways.

Istanbul-Lviv-Istanbul flights are also planned as 3 flights per week and will be launched as of 20-Apr-09 and will be run on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays at 12:35. Return flights from Lviv will be on the same days at 15:40.

Having flights to Beirut (Lebanon) five times a week, Turkish Airlines will increase flight frequency to Lebanese capital to seven days a week.
