Turkish Airlines awards WFS cargo handling contract at Birmingham Airport

Under the terms of the agreement, WFS provide a full cargo handling service for Turkish Airlines at its 30,000 sq ft cargo centre at Birmingham Airport, including freight reception, pallet build and break and documentation.
 
Mike Stewart, Commercial Director of WFS in the UK, said: “This is a great opportunity for WFS in the UK to build a new relationship with a growing airline such as Turkish Airlines and to expand on the existing successful relationship WFS has with the airline in other parts of Europe.  We are extremely proud to have been asked to provide cargo handling services here at Birmingham Airport and to be such a key part of their exciting growth strategy”.
