Turkish Airlines will increase the number of flights departing from Istanbul to various international cities. The carrier will also increase the flight frequencies to New Delhi, Mumbai, Brussels, Venice, Helsinki, Basel, Dublin, Kuwait and Addis Ababa in Africa.

 

Already having flights to New Delhi five times a week and Mumbai three times a week, Turkish Airlines will increase its flight frequency to 7 flights per week starting on 02-Feb-09 for both New Delhi and Mumbai.

Turkish Airlines will increase its flights to Brussels from 17 to 21 flights per week starting on 02-Mar-09. Along with the flight increase to Brussels, Turkish Airlines increased the number of flights to Venice, Helsinki, Basel and Dublin to 7 flights per week.

The planned schedule for the flight increases to Venice and Basel will start on 03-Mar-09. The flight increases to Helsinki will begin on 05-Mar-09. The increase of flights to Dublin will commence on 29-Mar-09. Turkish Airlines flies to Venice, Helsinki and Dublin 5 times a week and to Basel 4 times a week according to current schedule.

Turkish Airlines will also increase the number of flights to Kuwait in the Middle East, already 4 days a week to 5 days a week starting on 07-Mar-09. The frequencies of Addis Ababa flights departing from Istanbul will be also increased from 4 to 5 flights per week as of 07-Mar-09.
