Wizz Air to open base at Prague Airport

Wizz Air announced (02-Feb-09) the opening of its eleventh base at Prague Airport as of 27-Jun-09. In the first phase, Wizz Air will enter the Czech market by launching flights from Prague to 4 European destinations from 19-Feb-09.
The new routes will connect Prague with London/Luton (2 times), Rome Fiumicino (2 times), Milan/Bergamo (2 times) and Brussels/Charleroi (2 times). From 27th June, after landing the first based aircraft A320 in Prague, the offer of Wizz services will include new flights to Paris/Beauvais (1 times) and Eindhoven (1 time) as well as additional frequencies on the London/Luton and Milan/Bergamo routes.
