Flybe offers ‘Just Pay Charges and Taxes’ on new London Gatwick service

Mike Rutter, Flybe’s Chief Commercial Officer, says: “It’s great to be here celebrating the early success of our newest London Gatwick route. We’ve recorded 87% and 99% load factors over the first two weekends of operation so we are indeed successfully surfing a great wave of demand. Mr Rutter adds: “Not only can Newquay passengers now connect direct to one of the nine routes we operate out of London Gatwick but also - for the first time ever - they can now book travel though any of Flybe’s 142 interline partners, meaning that the South West’s original airline is connecting the South West directly to the world!*  Flybe’s national brand means that, at a time of economic pressure on the West Country’s tourism industry, it can also attract people to the South West in a way no other airline can do.”
