Like other airlines, Adria switches to its summer timetable on 29-Mar-09. The new timetable is valid until 24-Oct-09. Adria is constantly improving its scheduled flights timetable, adding new destinations and increasing the number of flights to existing destinations.
Adria Airways now offers 256 flights a week from Ljubljana to 26 destinations, mainly in Europe: four flights a day to Frankfurt and Vienna, three flights a day to Munich, Brussels and Zurich, two flights a day to Paris and Pritina, thirteen flights a week to Sarajevo and Skopje, twelve flights a week to Tirana, nine flights a week to Istanbul, seven flights a week to London and Moscow, five flights a week to Copenhagen, Stockholm and Warsaw, four flights a week to Bucharest, Kiev and Podgorica, three flights a week to Athens and Ohrid, two flights a week to Madrid and Manchester (summer season only) and one flight a week to Dublin. Adria also flies between Vienna and Frankfurt three times a day. Adria Airways is introducing a new scheduled service to Madrid with the summer timetable. Spain is one of the most popular destinations for Slovene holidaymakers, while interest in Slovenia is also growing among Spanish tourists. In collaboration with partner airlines, in particular the members of the Star Alliance, of which Adria is a regional member, Adria Airways offers a range of convenient and competitively priced connections throughout the world. In the 2009 summer season, the charter flights operated by Adria in conjunction with travel agencies connect Ljubljana with numerous holiday destinations, particularly in the Mediterranean. Adria will operate weekly flights from Ljubljana to the following destinations: Crete, Rhodes, Kos, Santorini, Karpathos, Mykonos, Kefalonia, Corfu, Zakynthos, Skiathos, Samos, Chios, Lesbos, Lefkada, and Tassos (all Greece), Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza (Spain), Djerba (Tunisia), Antalya (Turkey) and Malta. Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada in Egypt are currently the only charter destinations served by Adria Airways all year round.
