The new Aeroflot JSC structure adopted by the Company’s Board of Directors on 07-Jul-2009 fully complies with the current legislation of the RF and the certification requirements of the Federal Aviation Rules (FAP).
Gennady Kurzenkov, head of the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviation) says that Rosaviation was informed on the changes in Aeroflot JSC company structure in accordance with the applicable procedure, and will approve it in due order.
