Windrose and Ukraine International have signed code-share agreement

On 21-Jul-2009 Windrose Aviation and Ukraine International Airlines have signed the code-share agreement. According to the agreement the air carriers will jointly operate flights Kiev-Tbilisi-Kiev.
At that passengers will be able to purchase tickets in usual way – in sales offices, at air carriers’ representative offices and on both airlines web-sites – starting from July 29, 2009.
This agreement opens the new destination in WINDROSE route-network. Moreover, the contract provides the opportunity to sell transfer transportations to and from Tbilisi via Kiev to other WINDROSE destinations. The whole transportation in this case will be provided under WINDROSE own codes.
According to WINDROSE Deputy Director on Marketing and Sales, Mr. Oleg Maksimov, -“the air carriers co-operation enhances opportunities of passengers. Now we are able to offer more mobility and comfort to travelers, that consequently give people abilities to plan their trips more effectively”.
Kiev-Tbilisi flight will be operated on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Backward flight Tbilisi-Kiev – on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
