AEROFLOT JSC Executive Board Considers Subsidiary Revitalization Plans

The Executive Board of Aeroflot JSC has considered the revitalization plans and roadmaps for the subsidiaries Aeroflot Don and Aeroflot Nord. The draft plans provide for the both companies to reach positive results by the end of 2009.
The executives made the resolution to continue the cooperation within the Group of Companies, including under code sharing agreements. It is planned that, in September 2009, Aeroflot Don and Aeroflot Nord will submit to the Executive Board the draft budgets and investment programs for 2010.
