Shining Korea at Domodedovo

Domodedovo Art Galley Exhibition area conducts regular exhibitions and introduces the works of a wide range of authors to it’s guests. The new exhibition will surly take up a worthy place among them.

"Shining Korea" was organized in honor of the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Russian Federation and the Korean Republic in 2010.

Showing the beauty of wonderful and mysterious Korea, the organizers chose the best photos out of hundreds of pictures from the archive of the National Organization of Tourism in Korea. All the works are those of professional photographers made on request of the National Organization of Tourism of Korea in Seoul.

Korea is a country of four seasons and is deservedly loved by tourists around the world.

Summer – a time of various festivals and beach holidays. Korean beaches compete with some of the best resorts in the world.

Golden autumn – interesting tourist and excursion programs. The best time to visit Korea!

Winter – magnificent ski resorts, hot springs and spa resorts, excursions and health tours.

Spring – Korean cherry blossoms in Chingkhe and an opportunity to stay in working Buddhist temples with fantastic mountain views.

Moscow International Airport Domodedovo

Domodedovo airport is leader in terms of passenger traffic amongst Russian airports, its share in the general passenger turnover of the Moscow Aviation Hub adds up to over 47%. Today, 83 carriers: 37 foreign, 30 Russian and 16 from the CIS operate flights to and from Domodedovo. The route network of the airport includes 221 destinations worldwide. In 2008 20.4 million passengers used the services of Domodedovo. According to the results of the ACI Airport Service Quality Awards, conducted in 2008, Domodedovo airport was amongst top five international airports.

Opening a permanent exhibition space the Domodedovo Art Gallery – became something like a first project of it’s kind for a Russian airport. The gallery works with the leading Russian photographers and specialized magazines, the expositions are renewed every month. The exhibitions are conducted in the framework of the "Airport City" concept, creating an atmosphere of maximum comfort for passengers at the airport.
