SkyEurope’s load factor improved during the second month of Reorganization
SkyEurope transported a total of 243,376 passengers in July 2009 with a load factor of 81.1%. In the 12 months ended July 2009, the Company carried 2,887,246 passengers with a load factor of 74.7%. Lower passenger numbers compared to previous year are a result of SkyEurope’s strategic reduction in capacity during the economic downturn.

Represents the number of earned seats flown. Earned seats also include no-shows, tour sales and

seats provided for promotional purposes and to staff for business travel. SkyEurope is a no-refund airline,

and once a flight has departed a no-show customer is generally not entitled to change flights or seek a

refund.

No weighting of the load factor is carried out to recognize the effect of varying flight (or "stage") lengths.
