Discounts are reflected particularly in long-term parking. A week in the covered Parking D, just a 10 minute walk away from the terminal, is now only 900 CZK, 1600 CZK for two weeks instead of 1800 CZK, and parking for a period of three weeks costs owners of cars 1800 CZK, which is almost 30% less than before. Security of cars is ensured by monitoring the areas with a camera system and security officers of the airport.
"It is also similar in the case of the covered Parking C. It is in close proximity to both terminals and offers monitored and guarded parking. The monitored parking area costs 2,200 crowns for two-week and three-week parking. Three-week parking now costs 2200 CZK. Parking C is of course possible to continue being used even for short-term parking, where one hour parking costs customers 50 CZK,” states Executive Director of Prague Airport for Non-aviation Operations, Tomáš Prošek and adds: "Thanks to our offer passengers can park their cars directly at the airport and shortly after be with their luggage in one of the departure halls.”
Discounts for guarded parking are even more pronounced. In the case of two-week parking travelers save 1050 crowns in compared to the past, in the case of three-week parking 1540, and for a month as much as 2040 crowns. Big discounts are also prepared for owners of motorcycles. They pay only 200 CZK per week for secure parking.
Parking charges can be paid in parking automates located directly at the parking lot, as well as at the standard parking automats located in both terminals and by the parking exit way. Payment can be by cash or credit card.
