SR Technics and Edelweiss Air extend full support contract

Edelweiss Air, a subsidiary of Swiss International Airlines, will continue to entrust the full support for its Airbus A320 fleet to SR Technics for an additional three years and three months. The renewal agreement, which extends to March 2012, includes line, light and base maintenance, maintenance operations control, engineering services, component support, engine maintenance and logistics management.
MAIN TITLE Some of the key factors in SR Technics’ ability to win this contract were its proven track record of over the last ten years and its continuing commitment of providing quality services for the entire fleet. “Over the last ten years SR Technics has proven that they are a service provider that Edelweiss can rely on to deliver our requirements for safety, quality and efficiency. They have also customised their services to meet our needs in a challenging market situation,” says Karl Kistler, CEO and Captain of Edelweiss Air. “We are delighted that Edelweiss continues to place its confidence in our experience and expertise.
