Air Company Yakutia well-prepared to conform to IATA Standards

Russia’s Air Company Yakutia has selected Lufthansa Consulting as its trusted partner in the thorough preparation for the IATA Operational Safety Audit, IOSA. Thanks to Lufthansa Consulting’s product “Fit for IOSA” the airline will soon be ready for the official certification process.
CHAIRMAN’S LETTER IOSA is an internationally accepted audit system for evaluating an airline’s operational processes and management systems. It uses internationally recognized quality management principles and is designed to optimize operational processes and standardize audits to make them comparable on a worldwide basis. IOSA thus enables mutually interested airlines and regulators to accept audit reports.
Lufthansa Consulting has deployed a team of experienced aviation consultants to Air Company Yakutia’s headquarters in Yakutsk, Russia. In the coming five to six months the experts will provide hands-on assistance to the carrier’s management in order to bring all relevant documentation and operational standards in line with the stringent international standards.
