East Midlands Airport goes the extra mile this summer
As East Midlands Airport embraces the peak summer season, the airport has gone that extra mile to ensure that its customers’ journey is as plain sailing as possible.

With car parking forming an essential part of the holiday experience, the airport has recently introduced its new Meet and Greet Valet parking service with the aim of improving the customer experience.

The facility which can be pre-booked on-line or booked using a dedicated call centre, means that customers can now drive to the specific drop off point outside departures, where they will be greeted by a member of airport staff who will then park their car in a safe and secure, ParkMark awarded car park, for the duration of their holiday.

Penny Coates, Managing Director, East Midlands Airport said, “We are continuously looking for ways in which to improve the customer experience and we are confident that the new car parking system will provide the customer with a more convenient option.

“As an airport that offers passengers choice and flexibility, we believe that the new parking system will make a real difference to the customer experience.

“With a wide range of summer destinations on offer and improved car park and retail facilities, the airport is well placed to offer its customers an even greater start to their holiday experience.”
