Widerøe's direct flight success to be continued
Widerøe's direct services between Sandefjord and Tromsø and Sandefjord and Bodø are proving to be extremely attractive. The direct flights are so popular that the airline is now setting up Christmas schedules between Sandefjord and the two coastal towns in North Norway.

At Christmas, the two popular services between Sandefjord and Bodø/Tromsø will be back on the timetable. "These routes were a great success this summer and many customers have asked for them to be provided at other times of the year. So we are delighted to be able to accommodate our customers' requests for direct services between Vestfold county and North Norway over the Christmas holidays. These flights bring Vestfold closer to both Lofoten and Finnmark, and they provide better connections for visiting friends and family in the festive season.

Besides saving our passengers a change of flight on their way to and from Sandefjord or a long car journey, the services also provide good connections to our extensive network in Lofoten, Vesterålen, Troms and Finnmark", explains Widerøe's Vice oPresident Communications Richard Kongsteien. He adds that if you have plans to spend Christmas in North Norway, you should start thinking about booking your tickets. The cheapest fares are in great demand.
