Lufthansa Consulting new client in Russia: United Aircraft Corporation

Within the cooperation, Lufthansa Consulting, applying an extensive knowledge of the Russian airline market, provided a profound market analysis to identify the best possible network and hub options. Furthermore the consultants analyzed optimal capacity requirements and developed a plan with the most favorable fleet mix.

The main objective of this project for both partners UAC and Lufthansa Consulting is to form a solid basis for major fleet and network expansion plans which the Russian air company aspires to.

The United Aircraft Corporation, a holding consisting of leading Russian aircraft design and manufacturing companies, is dedicated to maintain and enhance the scientific and production potential of the Russian aircraft industry, to ensure the security and defense capabilities of the country, to pool intellectual, industrial and financial resources for the implementation of new aircraft development programs.
