Wizz Air reschedules part of the flights operated from Bucharest due to the night curfew introduced on Baneasa Airport

Baneasa Airport announced yesterday that starting this Sunday, the 25th of October, a night curfew will be implemented between 00:00 and 07:00. Due to this change, Wizz Air, the largest low fare – low cost airline in Romania and in the Central and Eastern Europe, is forced to reschedule the flights operated in this time interval.

Despite the little time available, since yesterday, Wizz Air has managed to reschedule the flights between the 25th of October and 16th of December. The Christmas period will also be retimed as soon as possible. Passengers will be contacted by the call center and informed about the changes. The company has done its utmost to minimize the effects of the retiming on passengers and operations.
