Flybe, Europe's largest regional airline and the UK's Number One Domestic carrier, has announced its full 2011 summer schedule from Cardiff operating 96 weekly flights to an extensive choice of attractive destinations across the UK and regional Europe for travel between March 26th and September 11th, 2011. Flights will operate to and from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast City, Paris CDG and Jersey over the summer season, with prices starting from £28.99 one way. Mike Rutter, Flybe's Chief Commercial Officer, says: "Our early release of selected Summer 2011 routes a few weeks' ago was remarkably well received. This clearly indicates that people are keen to book next year's summer breaks and take advantage of the lowest possible fares in determining to make limited travel budgets stretch as far as possible given the continued challenges of these uncertain economic times. "Consumers also know they can plan cost effective travel for next summer with the added confidence that they are booking with an established, award-winning regional airline that was one of only three European airlines to have posted a profit in the last financial year. An added bonus for travellers is that we now have extended reach across Europe and the rest of the world following our new codeshare agreement with Air France meaning that our unique low cost regional model offers huge value-add convenience to our passengers." |
