Austrian Airlines opens customer service centre in L’viv

Austrian Airlines announced plans to open its first Customer Service Centre in L’viv at the end of Apr-08. The announcement reinforces Austrian Airlines’ emphasis on expansion of its Focus East strategy.

 

Austrian Airlines offers six destinations in Ukraine, in the cities of Kiev, L’viv, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkov and Odessa, and seven destinations in Russia in Moscow, Krasnodar, Rostov, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Sochi and Nizhniy Novgorod. Austrian Airlines operates 63 frequencies a week to Ukraine and 50 frequencies a week to Russia.

Austrian Airlines will offer visitors to the new Customer Service Centre information about reservations and bookings in Ukrainian, Russian and the UK. The Call Centre will have the capacity to process up to 300,000 calls a year.
