Wizz Air Ukraine opens Kiev base and launches domestic flights in July 2008

Wizz Air Ukraine announced that it would start operating an initial network of seven Ukrainian domestic routes from its operating base at Kiev Boryspil Airport on 11-Jul-08. Wizz Air Ukraine will operate services from Kiev Boryspil Airport to Lviv, Odessa, Simferopol, Kharkov and Zaporozhye. Flights from Lviv and Kharkov to Simferopol will also be available to the Ukrainian travellers.

 

Wizz Air Ukraine’s new routes include:

Kiev-Lviv: four flights/week;
Kiev-Kharkov: four flights/week;
Kiev-Odessa: seven flights/week;
Kyiv-Zaporozhye: three flights/week;
Kiev-Simferopol: ten flights/week;
Simferopol-Kharkov: three flights/week;
Simferopol-Lviv: four flights/week.

Wizz Air Ukraine will operate new Airbus A320 aircraft configured with 180 seats.
