Lufthansa signed an MoU with SEA, operator of Milan airports, ahead of the airline's planned expansion at Malpensa Airport (Times of Malta, 12-May-08).
From the beginning of 2009, Lufthansa will base six new E-195s at the airport, to be operated by Italian subsidiary, Air Dolomiti. The aircraft will be deployed on intra-European routes.
