Alitalia Director Resigns

According to the provisions set out in the Stock Exchange Regulations, “Istruzioni al Regolamento dei Mercati Organizzati e Gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A.”, it should be pointed out that Mr Giovanni Sabatini, also a member of the Internal Control Committee, was a non-executive and non-independent director. On the basis of all available information, there is no indication that he held shares in the Company capital.
