Sukhoi’s Superjet-100 completed its maiden test flight on 19-May-08. The first flight was originally due in late 2007. Sukhoi aims to sell at least 800 Superjets, producing up to 70 p/a by 2010. It has firm orders for 73 of the aircraft.

As the US and EU negotiators settle back in to write up their reports on last week’s open skies talks in Slovenia, there will be mixed feelings and probably some disappointment that more positive steps were not achieved. But the emotion of surprise will not be among them.

From 19-May-08, Sterling has gathered all its international traffic in Terminal 5. Until now, Danish-based Sterling’s flights to Copenhagen have used Terminal 2, but they will now move to Terminal 5, which is used by Sterling’s other international traffic.
