UNITED KINGDOM : British Airways and OnAir will tomorrow launch inflight connectivity services aboard the airline’s premier business-class only service linking London with New York. British Airways’ passengers will travel between the two major business hubs and stay connected inflight to their business, family and friends using their own mobile phones or smartphones (such as a BlackBerry® device) for text messages, emails and Internet access.

UNITED KINGDOM : British Airways announced (04-Dec-08) its intention to contract with three catering service suppliers at its UK airports for the next ten years. Current supplier Gate Gourmet will continue to provide catering services for longhaul flights from Heathrow.

FINLAND : Finnair and British Airways started code-share flights between Bangkok in Thailand and Sydney in Australia on 26-Oct-08. The code-share flights are operated with both Finnair and British Airways flight numbers. At the moment Finnair flies to Bangkok twice a day.
